FAQ

.Q: Are you a manufacturer?

.A: Yes, we have factory, equipments and professional production staff.

.Q: How can I get the best suitable diamond blades?

.A: Please kindly offer us more details about your stone and cutting machine parameters:
-Diamond Disc Blade for sawing, slicing, splitting or any other applications
-Stone Hardness, Abrasiveness and Grit Size, pictures or samples if possible
-Machine used for Diamond Blades Discs, Bridge Saw, Table Saw, Brick Saw, etc
-Machine Main Motor, Spindle RPM, Feeding Speed and Cutting Depth
-Thickness for Steel Core (blade without diamond segment) for suitable segment size
-General request for Blade Life Cutting Square Meters per blade

.Q: Why is my blade cutting slow?

.A: There are a number of factors that could contribute to a loss of cutting speed:
1) Glazing - The metal bond is too hard for the cutting material, which prevents new diamond from being exposed. Cut more abrasive material to open the diamond back up. Block, asphalt, pavers, and softer sandstone are all good choices for opening diamond (asphalt is usually the fastest, depending on the aggregate).
2) Diamond Concentration - Higher concentrations of diamond will slow the cut but extend the life of the blade. Once the correct bond has been picked, the concentration can be adjusted to meet your speed requirements.
3) Faulty Equipment - A blown capacitor in your saw's phase converter can greatly reduce cutting speed. Make sure all of your equipment receives regular maintenance to remain in optimal condition!

.Q: What we should do if your products can not run well?

.A: Give us detailed report, we will analyze the reason and try to find a way to solve the problem. If possible, Sunwit will give the replacement for free.

.Q: What's the difference between a wet blade and a dry blade?

.A: The main difference is the way the diamond matrix is attached to the core. Wet blades are brazed, while dry blades are generally laser welded. Laser welding has a higher melting point. Besides the weld, another difference is the bond. Dry blades usually have a slightly softer bond to allow easier cutting without water to cool and lubricate the cut.

.Q: What is the minimum quantity we should buy?

.A: Minimum order quantity can be negotiable.
Fast delivery: Air Freight when gross weight is above 45kg and less than 500kg.
Cheaper freight charge: Sea Freight when the gross weight is above 100kg.
Courier (TNT, DHL, FedEx, Ups, etc). Small try order, door to door service.

.Q: If we make the payment, how long you will make the shipment?

.A: It depends on the quantity of order. Our Monthly production amount of diamond segments will be more than 3,000,000pcs. Usually we can send the goods within 7 working days on receipt of payment. Special specification products by negotiation, Sunwit will inform the approximate shipping date before you place order.

.Q: How is your quality control?

.A: Each product is strictly checked by of QC dept. We have completed file data in our computer which listed the whole processing of each order. Once the quality of sample order confirmed by clients, we will keep the same formula in the following orders. 15years producing experience, we will bring the most suitable products based on different markets.

.Q: Can you accept OEM/ODM?

.A: Yes, we will produce it exactly according to your requirement and drawing.
